Basic Lawn Service features a precision cut of all lawn areas, steel blade edging of walkways and drive, string trim of the perimeter and obstacles, clearing the clippings from hardscapes.

Basic Lawn Frequency Options

Service time frame options include weekly and every other week for automatic recurring service.  In addition, the Basic Lawn Service may be purchased on a One-Time basis.

Pricing

Online Pricing is based on the size of the lot (not lawn) and frequency of service.  Please use the drop down options boxes to obtain an online quote.  Most lawns in Frisco qualify for the Standard size of 7K-10K sq. ft.  If you are unsure of the size of your lot or do not believe it is a good representation of the lawn area, you may wish to utilize our Quick Quote feature on the website.  Enter your basic information in the form and we will provide a quote via email.

For online orders, we will measure your lawn after receiving each order to confirm the proper size selection.  Prices may be adjusted based on accurate lot or turf area size.  You will be notified of any adjustments prior to service.  No risk…we will confirm your selection or request prior approval for price adjustments.

Service

With your purchase of any service, you will also gain 24/7 access to your Client Service Portal.  The Portal provides a documented history of our services.  Service history, payment processing, and any service issues can be managed via the Portal.  The Portal is an extremely powerful tool that you may use to manage and track your service relationship with us.

No Contracts

We do not require contracts in connection with our lawn maintenance services.  Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  We want happy clients!
