Deluxe Lawn Service includes all of the Basic Lawn features and adds a complete annual fertilization and weed control maintenance to keep your lawn looking great year round.
Deluxe Lawn Service begins with an early Spring Pre-emergent (March), Spring Fertilization (April), a follow-up Pre-Emergent (May), a Summer Fertilization (June), a late Summer Fertilization (August), and ends with a Fall Pre-Emergent (September). Additionally, during the growing season, Spot Weed Treatments are applied monthly. If you purchase prior to the growing season, you will recieve all scheduled applications. Mid season purchases will include those applications remaining based upon the date the services begin.
Deluxe Lawn Service available Weekly and Bi Weekly. If you wish to purchase another Lawn Service frequency, Basic Lawn Service must be selected and the additional lawn treatments are available On Demand.
Online Pricing is based on the size of the lot (not lawn). Please use the drop down options boxes to obtain an online quote. Most lawns in Frisco qualify for the Standard size of 7K-10K sq. ft. If you are unsure of the size of your lot or do not believe it is a good representation of the lawn area, you may wish to utilize our Quick Quote feature on the website. Enter your basic information in the form and we will provide a quote via email. We will measure your lawn after receiving each order or quote request and prices may be adjusted based on accurate lot or turf area size. You will be notified of any adjustments prior to service. No risk…we will confirm your selection.
With your purchase of any service, you will also gain 24/7 access to your Client Service Portal. The Portal provides a documented history of our services. Service history, payment processing, and any service issues can be managed via the Portal. The Portal is an extremely powerful tool that you may use to manage and track your service relationship with us.
We do not require contracts in connection with our lawn maintenance services. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We want happy clients!
