PLUS Leaf Removal

PLUS Leaf Removal Upgrade is an add-on to our Flex Fall Lawn Service.   Consequently, we offer Clients the option to add recurring Leaf Removal to the Once a Month Lawn service during the Fall and Winter.

Leaf Removal Service is the collection and removal of leaves from the lawn turf area.  First, we blow leaves from flower beds, walkways, curb and patio into the lawn.  Our team uses power blowers, leaf vacuums, debris removers, and hand rakes for efficient collection.  Next, we bag material into 30-gallon paper leaf bags.  Then, we place the bags near trash containers for Environmental Services pickup.  Alternatively, offsite removal is available for an additional waste disposal fee.  Finally, we clear hardscapes of debris with blowers to complete the project.

Pricing

You receive a 25% Discount to standard Leaf Removal pricing.  Additionally, the Trip Minimum is also reduced to $22.50 for the first 1/2 hour of Plus Leaf Removal.  To order online, select the minimum of 1/2 hour to establish the upgrade service.  A typical PLUS Leaf Removal project is around 1/2 hour to 1 hour.  PLUS  Leaf Removal is a time-based service.  Accordingly, we invoice actual man-hours at hourly rates.  We limit the service time to a 1 hour maximum per visit.  Flex Fall Lawn is a monthly is a recurring service.  Therefore, Plus Leaf is intended to take advantage of the cleanup provided by bagging with the mow and take less time per removal.

Bed Clean Service is best to remove heavily compacted or decomposed leaves in beds and shrubs.  Dethatch Service is best to remove compacted or decomposed leaf debris in the lawn.  However, Leaf Removal is not intended to address these items.
