Flex Fall / Flex Start Lawn

Flex Fall / Start Lawn Service is our reduced frequency Fall/Winter/Spring service.  As the season’s change and the cooler temperatures begin the process of slowing turf growth, less frequency is required for warm season grasses. As a result, we offer Flex Fall which includes an enhanced Basic Lawn Service. First, include a light blowout of leaves from flower beds and hardscapes into the lawn.  Then, we mulch cut for the Bi-Weekly frequency and include the Bag Service for the Once a Month service.  In addition, Bag Service is provided at no additional charge with Flex Fall which ends in February.  Flex Start begins in March.

Flex Fall / Start Frequency

In October Flex Fall service is offered on a Bi-weekly basis.  Existing Clients Weekly services automatically convert to Bi-Weekly in October.  In November, all Bi-weekly services will convert to Fall/Winter Once a Month Service (generally after the first frost/freeze in early November).  Once a Month service ends in February.  To begin the new growing season in Spring, a Flex Start Lawn Service transition will automatically begin to reverse the frequency reduction.  Weekly frequency clients will begin with Bi-weekly service in March and convert to Weekly in April.  Bi-Weekly clients will begin Bi-weekly service in March.

Flex Fall / Spring Pricing

For Existing Clients, the Flex Fall Once a Month price is the same as your existing recurring service…just one time each month instead of weekly. (i.e. If you pay $30 Weekly …Your Once a Month price is $30 per month)

For New Clients, Flex Fall pricing is consistent with Basic Lawn Service pricing on a Bi-weekly frequency.  The Once a Month price is the same as Bi-weekly service…just invoiced one time, after the lawn service is completed, instead of Bi-weekly.

Online Pricing is based on the size of the lot (not lawn) and frequency of service.  Please use the drop down options boxes to obtain an online quote.  Most lawns in Frisco qualify for the Standard size of 7K-10K sq. ft.  If you are unsure of the size of your lot or do not believe it is a good representation of the lawn area, you may wish to utilize our Quick Quote feature on the website.  Enter your basic information in the form and we will provide a quote via email.

For online orders, we will measure your lawn after receiving each order to confirm the proper size selection.  Prices may be adjusted based on accurate lot or turf area size.  You will be notified of any adjustments prior to service.  No risk…we will confirm your selection or request prior approval for price adjustments.

Service

With your purchase of any service, you will also gain 24/7 access to your Client Service Portal.  The Portal provides a documented history of our services.  Service history, payment processing, and any service issues can be managed via the Portal.  The Portal is an extremely powerful tool that you may use to manage and track your service relationship with us.

No Contracts

We do not require contracts in connection with our lawn maintenance services.  Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  We want happy clients!

Note:  Fall/Winter Once a Month Service is a great lawn clean up but not a substitute for Leaf Removal Service.  Excessive leaf fall, embedded, wet or piled leaves on the lawn will likely require a Leaf Removal Service. Lawns overseeded with Rye are excluded from Flex Lawn pricing and scheduling.
