We are unexpectedly being relocated to Florida and I don't need to worry about having ANYTHING withheld from my deposit in regards to the lawn/yard. My back yard had an overgrown garden, weeds galore, and more work to be done than anyone had time for. The front yard had flower bed borders that were torn apart, missing mulch, and was just embarrassing! Brookland promptly returned my call, scheduled the work in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. He was meticulous with the work and exceeded my expectations at every turn. I highly recommend this business as he treated me like I was his only customer... I called a handful of places first and felt like they must not need any more business at all by their attitude and lax approach to my needs. Our regular lawn guy was asked if he could trim and do a general clean up of shrubs etc that were on the front of our house. I did not go to "inspect" the job that was done as he usually mows our lawn and does a decent job. I assumed that the standard would be the same. I was so wrong. I went to hand water my plants in the evening and discovered to my horror that a ton of clippings were left in the flower beds ! My 10 and 11 year old sons and I were outside until past nine at night cleaning up ! UGH to make it worse he wanted to charge us $75.00 in addition to the $30.00 for the lawn mowing and when I complained about the poor job, he got upset and and said he would not be trimming for me any longer. The following week he mowed for our neighbor and was scheduled to mow for us and just never did. Enter Lakehill Lawn Works. I called and spoke with Brookland and explained what had happened and asked if he would be able to mow that SAME evening (this was about 6:30pm! ) This young entrepreneur was pleasant, mannerly and clearly took pride in doing his job. He did an absolutely awesome job! Clearly knowledgeable about lawns and this field and also aware of quality customer service! I am actually happy that our bad experience led me to find Brookland! Well done! I highly recommend him!
Brookland and his team do an amazing job. He sends an alert the morning of, another when the job is done, takes photos of the work done if you are out of town and has automatic and online billing. I highly recommend Lakehill Lawn for your lawn maintenance needs! Professionalism and customer service at it's finest.
I started with Lakehill several weeks ago now. They do a great job with the lawn, and their rates are great too. But, they really take customer service to a very high level. On one cutting, the wheel of their mower caught a board on the fence. Not only did they bring this to our attention immediately (great accountability), but they offered to fix it, and did just that. So, if you would like a reliable company to do your lawn service, this is the one you've been looking for.
Brooklyn, did a great job on my yard, I was using a previous lawn service and the last time they cut the front and backyard it looked horrible, I got on Yelp and saw the reviews about Lakehill Lawn Works and called and setup for Brooklyn to come out, he's very polite and very, very efficient he did a FANTABULOUS job!!!!
Lake hill lawn did an excellent job! My lawn was overgrown and needed a good first cut of spring shape up. Also treated for weeds and fertilized. Very responsive and professional. Best prices in our neighborhood!!! We will be using LHL for all our lawn needs.
